The centre of the property and estate management business is at 10 Hatter Street in Bury St Edmunds; this timber-framed building, one of the oldest properties in the town, was bought as a bakery in 1909 by Charles Alfred Goymour, grandfather of Goymour Homes Managing Director Martin Goymour. Martin's father, Charles Harold Goymour, continued the tradition as a master baker until 1952 and, since then, the family has concentrated on property and residential developments.
Our established knowledge and experience of property in Norfolk & Suffolk, along with highly motivated and experienced staff, means we can offer informative advice on all aspects of building, developing, property letting and management.
Currently we manage an extensive portfolio of residential and commercial properties in addition to providing a wide range of services for private landlords and investors.
