How do we look after your property?

We inspect our managed properties to check:

  • smoke alarms
  • ventilation and mould
  • general cleanliness
  • visually check electrics
  • the roof and guttering
Plus any maintenance issues that are brought to our attention and to speak with tenants about any concerns they may have.
Prevention is always better than failure/breakdown.


Tenancy inspections – For new tenancies these are carried out every 3 months with us, periodic tenancy agreements are then on a six monthly basis.
