January 2021 Lockdown - Industry Update
Following the Governments announcement last night, we have had confirmation that the property industry will remain open.
The safety of our staff and clients is of upmost importance so we will be continuing to follow and monitor guidelines closely.
Although the office is open by appointment only, we are still business as usual.
With all appointments/viewings we will be continuing to ask the following:
- Before entering a property or an arranged appointment at the office a face covering must be worn at all times and hands need to be sanitised before entering
- Social distancing must be adhered to at all times
- No more than 2 people can view at the same time, and you must be from the same household
- A COVID19 Self Declaration is required to be completed before any appointment/viewing takes place
