Tenants, Do You Know Your Rights & Responsabilites
An article by Landlord Today suggests very few tenants know about thier rights and responsbilities.
The government is being urged by the National Landlords Assosciation to do more to inform tenants of their rights and responsilbilities.
Research by NLA found that 79% of tenants need more information of what is expected from landlords and agencies.
67% were also not aware of the 'How to Rent' guide, a document specifially for tenants providing tenancy information.
