Due to revised government guidance regarding the mandatory use of face masks in retail premise and in consideration of the wellbeing of our staff and our duty of care to clients we require a face mask to be worn when visiting our office in Hatter St, Bury St Edmund by appointment with immediate effect.

Viewings, Check in & Out Appointments, Repairs & Inspections.
Prior to any appointment taking place, all parties must complete the COVID declaration below to confirm they have not presented any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19 in the last 7 days or need to isolate.
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) will be worn by our staff in accordance with government guidelines.
Virtual viewings should be conducted before an appointment is made to view a property wherever possible. Please ask for further details.
All physical viewings will be limited to 15 minutes with a maximum of two adults from the same household. We regret that children will not be permitted.
You must wait at a distance from the property until you are told you can enter and social distancing must be maintained at all times.
You should bring your own hand sanitiser to use at the start of the viewing and also wear either a face mask or a face covering.
Viewings must be contactless. Avoid touching surfaces when you are in the property.
Any questions about the property must be asked outside whilst maintaining social distancing of 2 meters.
Second viewings can take place but these should be kept to a minimum and guidance has recommended that these take place after parties have agreed terms. The above viewing guidance must be followed during second viewings.
We will not be able to drive you to an appointment.

If you develop any symptoms following your appointment or the answers you gave to the above questions change prior to your appointment, then please contact us to let us know.
If you are displaying any symptoms when you / or the contractor arrives at the property, then the appointment will not go ahead.
