Kathryn joined Goymour Homes in 2015. Kathryn takes care of the majority of the tenancy administration in a highly efficient manner, ensuring that legislation and health and safety regulations are adhered too. Kathryn has exceptional local knowledge having lived in the area for over 20 years and is qualified in NFOPP Level 3 Residential Letting and Property Management.
Debbie started working for the Goymour Group of Companies in 2003 as Payroll Administrator, and quickly progressed to become Management Accountant. Based at Head Office, Debbie works closely with the Bury Office to process rental /landlord/supplier payments to ensure the efficient running of the accounting side of lettings. She also prepares accounts for Dinosaur Adventure & Applewood Countryside Holidays. In her spare time Debbie enjoys Reading, Pilates and Holidays in the Sun!
Julie has had many years’ experience of working within the Lettings Industry, starting over 30 years ago in a Cambridge Lettings Agency and moving to Bury St Edmunds 20 years ago. Julie enjoys the challenge of working in an ever changing fast paced industry, where no two days are ever the same. She has also spent 5 years working for the USAF in the housing field, where she enjoyed seeing new arrivals into the UK and assisting them in their hunt for suitable housing.
