Karen brings over 40 years’ experience across the banking, finance, and property sectors, before joining Goymour Homes in 2002. As Branch Manager, she is the cornerstone of the Bury St Edmunds office, leading the team with efficiency, professionalism and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. Known for her honest approach and dedication, Karen consistently goes the extra mile for both landlords and tenants, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the branch and maintaining high standards throughout. Karen is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and, in 2012, achieved the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management—reflecting her expertise and commitment to industry best practice.
