We will advise you on the local area trends and demand, and then assist you to short list properties you may be considering.
We will liaise with the selling agent to arrange to accompany you to view the property and carry out a full rental appraisal.
Once you have decided to purchase a property we will offer our assistance in the negotiation of the sales price and, if you require, we will oversee the conveyance process.
During this time we will draw up a plan of our recommendations and advise on any issues relevant to the property in order to maximise rental potential. Using our in house maintenance team we can provide assistance with any required repairs, refurbishment, decorating, cleaning or gardening needs.
Before legal completion of the property takes place, we will arrange for the property to be advertised. This will allow us to draw up a shortlist of potential tenants to ensure that any vacant period of the property will be limited.
The standard fee for this service is £350 + VAT
